Mozambique

– a 12 GW facility, including a 125 kilometre pipeline & new port

As land in Mozambique cannot be privately owned, it needs to be granted for community or investment project use by regional or national government via DUATs, which are legal documents that bestow long-term usage rights upon the holder for renewable periods of 50 years.
